This week, I speak to the one and only Robert Degle. Robert is a Jiu-Jitsu competitor known for his leg attacks and high submission finish rate and is a well-sought-after instructor and online content, creator. He teaches and competes in countries all over the world, and has recently focussed on refereeing in ADCC tournaments. He is a true student of the game and is a very influential grappler in the Modern Jiu Jitsu Meta.
